Position Title:
Product Manager
Position Overview:
We're looking for a Product Manager to own and shape Cuttable's creative production platform. You'll tackle a genuine product challenge: we've built an AI-powered tool that helps performance marketing teams produce Meta ads at scale — but creating ads is only half the job. Our next step is helping customers get those ads live and delivering real performance outcomes. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to ship features that measurably improve how teams create, publish, and optimise high-performing ads. This role suits someone who's energised by early-stage product work, comfortable with ambiguity, and excels at articulating user needs.
Department:
Product & Engineering
Base Salary:
$160,000
Reports To:
Head of Product
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns product discovery and roadmap prioritisation for assigned projects, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Owns the product process from problem definition through to post-launch learning — identifying what to build, writing specs, defining and owning success metrics, and using data to evaluate whether what shipped actually worked.
- Owns user research and discovery — regularly talking to customers, running discovery interviews, and staying close to how users actually work
- Drives cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product design, ad design, marketing, and customer success to deliver outcomes for our users.
- Drives continuous product improvement through a combination of user behaviour analysis, customer feedback, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimise key metrics like activation, retention, and engagement
- Drives stakeholder communication by clearly sharing roadmap rationale, product updates, trade-offs, and learnings across the team, leadership and customers.
- Supports go-to-market teams by developing product positioning, creating enablement materials, and participating in customer conversations
- Supports product strategy by staying across the competitive landscape and integration partners platform changes to identify emerging opportunities and inform prioritisation
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in ad tech, B2B SaaS, or design-led products.
- Track record of shipping products and iterating based on what you learn after launch — not just getting to v1 and moving on
- Comfortable digging into product analytics, running experiments, and using data to make prioritisation calls
- Can clearly articulate product rationale and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to scope and deliver product work
- Experience running customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into actionable product decisions
Nice to have:
- Experience with performance marketing, Meta advertising platforms, or creative/marketing tools
- Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growing scale-ups
- Experience with AI/ML products or features
Who you are:
- You're fascinated by AI, both as a tool to improve your product practice and as a product to deliver
- You default to action and iteration rather than waiting for perfect information
- You have strong opinions, loosely held, and can change your mind when presented with new data
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where it doesn't exist
- You're scrappy, resourceful, and able to find creative solutions
Role Location:
